Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal account payments and we also accept payment via cheque. When paying by credit card, you will be directed to our secure online payment facility via Paypal.
Please be aware when paying by cheque that your order will not be despatched until we have received the cheque and it has cleared. If you wish to pay by by any other means, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your requirements.
All of our online payment facilities utilise secure servers and protecting your information is very important to us. If, for any reason, you would prefer not to enter your credit card details online, please contact us and we can make alternative arrangements.
We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion. If this is the case, you will be informed as soon as possible and refunded in full immediately where applicable. |
Shipping And Handling All of our orders are shipped via Amtrak, providing that the order does not require palletised shipping. If the order is to be shipped on a pallet, we will inform you of this and use an appropriate courier based on your location and the nature of your order.
In some cases when your order is under £25, to reduce the shipping costs to our customers, we will send your goods via recorded mail.
During the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to enter any special delivery instructions you might have. Both our couriers and ourselves will do our best to accommodate these requests, but reluctantly there may be rare occasions where we are unable to do so. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
Where instructions to leave a package with a neighbour/in a particular location on the property are received, the delivery driver may or may not satisfy these requests AT THEIR DISCRETION. These circumstances are beyond the reasonable control of Select Framing and, as such, we cannot be be held responsible for their satisfactory completion, nor will we be held responsible for any deliveries which, at the purchaser's request, have been left unsigned for and subsiquently go missing. |
| Delivery Schedule Delivery times are listed on each product's page on an item by item basis. Currently, the delivery time on every item is up to 7 days. These timescales are indicated to the best of our knowledge and we will make every effort to contact you should there be any problem in delivering on time. Delivery times are listed as maximums, please be aware that we will frequently deliver well within the listed timescale. |
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, online ordering will not be possible. In the unlikely event that an item ordered is out of stock, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. You may then choose and alternative item, choose to wait until the item returns to stock (we will inform you of when we expect this to be) or request a refund at your discretion.

Returns Policy In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your product, simply return it to us via a registered courier in its original packaging or packaging of a similar standard. Please ensure that you mark your package with your online order number, your name and your address in order for us to establish that it is your return.
Once your package has been received at our warehouse, we will organise a full refund for the cost of goods on condition that they are received in good order, in a re-saleable condition.
Please kindly call or e-mail us to inform us that you will be returning your order. Please include the consignment number provided to you by the courier you have chosen to send your order back, as well as the name of this courier.

Breakages:
All orders are packaged by us to the best of our ability to avoid damages, however we are limited in ensuring that damage does not take place during transit.
Should you receive a damaged order, please call or e-mail us immediately to inform us of the situation. Once we have been notified, a free of charge replacement will be sent to you or a refund shall be issued. While we understand that this may cause a certain amount of inconvenience, please kindly note that original lead times will still apply for a replacement. Please ensure that you have your order number to hand when calling or e-mailing in order for us to locate your order.
Please note that we will only send free of charge replacements if we are notified within 2 days of you receiving the goods.
