DeliveryAt Select Framing we strive to get your goods out to you as soon as possible. Each product on the site shows an expected delivery timescale for the item, although very large orders of more than 100 frames may take a little longer (please contact us via e-mail at customerservices@selectframing.co.uk for further information). |  CouriersAll of our orders are shipped via Amtrak (please visit www.amtrak.co.uk for further information), providing that the order does not require palletised shipping. If the order is to be shipped on a pallet, we will inform you of this and use an appropriate courier based on your location and the nature of your order. In some cases when your order is under £25, to reduce the shipping costs to our customers, we will send your goods via recorded mail.
Alternatively, if you are aware that your order will require palletised shipping, please give us a call on 01353 659928 and we can inform you of the applicable rates and timescales before you place your order. | Shipping and Handling RatesShipping and handling charges for orders shipped via our courier are as follows:
Carriage on all orders under £25 is £10.95 Carriage on all orders over £25 and under £200 is £11.95 All orders over £200 are shipped FREE OF CHARGE
Please Note that shipping to 'outlying regions' including the Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands will incur an additional £20 shipping charge.

| Special ArrangementsDuring the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to enter any special delivery instructions you might have. Both our couriers and ourselves will do our best to accommodate these requests, but reluctantly there may be rare occasions where we are unable to do so. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
Where instructions to leave a package with a neighbour/in a particular location on the property are received, the delivery driver may or may not satisfy these requests AT THEIR DISCRETION. These circumstances are beyond the reasonable control of Select Framing and, as such, we cannot be be held responsible for their satisfactory completion, nor will we be held responsible for any deliveries which, at the purchaser's request, have been left unsigned for and subsiquently go missing. |  Tracking Your ShipmentFrom the moment your order is collected from our warehouse right up to the time it arrives at your door, you can track the progress of your order online HERE.
